InsightsOut was born from lived experience. Not just ideas.

We’ve each felt what it’s like to move through life without clear language for our emotions, to sense patterns without being able to name them, and to long for meaningful support without knowing how to ask.

We’re a small, thoughtful team building with care and intention. Our backgrounds span mental health, technology, design, and community work, but we’re united by a shared belief: understanding emotions changes how we live, work, and connect.

We listen deeply and prioritize authenticity. Because emotional support deserves more than just a chatbot, it needs humans being human, first.
